The on-site manufacturing facilities include a machining and fabrication workshop, press shop, dust free polishing unit with suction ducts, electroplating unit, in-line pretreatment plant, pressurized paint shop and a conveyorized powder coating and curing plant

For in-process testing, we have well equipped lab for chemical analysis, salt spray chamber, thickness gauges, push- pull testing equipment, light box and other general testing equipment. The series like the Vibration test, Drop test, pneumatic pressure test etc are done regularly to ensure the quality standards.
